Human resource development OMNIPACK Cluster members to enhance the competitiveness and adaptability of employees.
The main objective of the project was to increase the adaptability not only managers , but also ordinary and executive staff selected companies OMNIPACK Cluster. The project has created conditions for increasing possibilities of employees of these companies , by increasing the communication and management skills, and improving knowledge in the field of human resources management and methods of quality control and productivity .
Educational activities of the project were divided into 8 educational modules on communication, development of personal potential , management skills and technology, human resources management , corporate governance, quality and productivity , language training and other professional training .
The project was implemented within the framework of OPLZZ, the challenge - Adaptability and competitiveness in the period August 2008 - June 2012. The project was completed .
